Alternative Schooling

• The children of migratory parents can take LC and can be enrolled in AS, the understanding of this concept should be provided to parents.

• Ashramshala should be started for the children of migratory parents.

• Seasonal hostel for migratory children should be started .

• As centers should run regularly.

Teachers :

• Irresponsible and non-cooperative teachers should be transferred.

• Local teachers should be appointed.

• Reliever teacher should be decided form the school having sufficient staff

• Best teacher award should be given from the recommendations from the officers during prveshotsav

• Steps should be taken against the teachers who remain absent for long duration( i.e. More than one year )

• School teacher is appointed as CRC which creates vacancy in school. Instead an unemployed ptc from village should be appointed as crc which will give employment to villagepeople and solve the problems of vacancy-

• Need to improve teaching quality by giving subsequent training.

• Teachers should be appointed in equal numbers in main school and peta school

• Charge should be given to one teacher as a nodal officer for expansion of various govt. Schemes in every village because people are very much connected with teachers

• Access teachers should be transferred

• The programme should contain more activities to motivate children for enrolment rather than speech.

• Information received that some people will enrol their children on "ashadhi bij"

• Insurance money should be given in time to the parent in case of the death of student.

• Weak students should be benifited special one hours extra coaching by school teachers.

• Reading ability of students is very poor

• Pay center should be opened in the school it self

• Examination method should be changed.

• No use of tlm and training found in classrooms.

• Reward should be given to the ranker students to increase competition for better results.

• Hostel facility for boys and girls should be started.

• Awareness regarding combing hair and brushing teeth should be generated

• ST / OBC students should also benefited by getting free textbooks

• Rationing shop opens only twice a week
